cancellation policy
Since we reserve each session specifically for you there is a late cancellation charge equivalent to your full rate due for any no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. In cases of illness, inclement weather, car troubles, etc. telehealth sessions are available.
What’s your out-of-network coverage?
Many clients have out-of-network insurance benefits. This means you pay up front for services and then get reimbursed a percentage of what you paid which allows you to see providers who are not in-network with your insurance. We use a service called Mentaya to make this super easy for you – just put in your information below to see what’s covered. When you reach out to get matched with a therapist just let us know you plan to use out-of-network benefits and we can help you get it set up.
