At Spotted Rabbit Studio, we do things differently. There are no “class catalogs” here. Classes are developed based on the interest and skill of each individual to provide a truly personalized experience. Our 1:1 art classes provide participants the opportunity to explore the creative process, expand the technical quality of their work, develop a personal style, and receive guidance in exhibiting, performing, and/or selling their artwork.

We offer visual art classes in just about every medium and are skilled in traditional and non-traditional art making practices. Our goal is to provide a supportive mentoring relationship so that you can bring your creative vision to life regardless of your previous art-making experience. Some of our participants prefer to work in a single medium only, such as painting, while others choose to explore a wide variety of art-making materials and techniques.

We use only professional-grade materials, tools, and instruments in our studio. Your class fee includes all materials and supplies, which we'll provide for you. Please see below for a partial list of our teaching specialties. If you don’t see the medium you’re looking for, please contact us. Chances are, we offer it.
personalized for you
Unlike traditional art studios, we offer 100% personalized individual classes. That is, we invite you to take a tour of the studio and meet with the director so we can learn about you and your creative goals. Then, if you haven’t already met them, we’ll set up a meet & greet with a teaching artist we feel would be a good fit for your ability, personality, and artistic goals. From there, you’ll schedule classes based on your availability, the teaching artist, and our art-making space!

We specialize in ongoing creative arts classes for youth ages 5+ and adults. All of our studios are fully wheelchair accessible!
SCHEDULE & RATES
All Spotted Rabbit classes are scheduled in 1-hour sessions and are offered on an every other week or weekly schedule. Classes are ongoing for as long as you choose to attend.
Individual classes held at our studio or online are $105 per hour. All materials and supplies are included!
Classes paid for by Self-Direction plans will be directly invoiced to your FI agency on a monthly basis. If you are self-paying for classes, we will auto bill the credit card you have on file after each class. For more details please read over the payment agreement when registering for classes.
ACCESSIBILITY
To encourage our guests to let loose and fully engage in the creative process we generally ask that family, friends, and other support staff relax in our WIFI-enabled waiting area during classes. Parents are also welcome to drop off their children and leave the premises to run errands if needed.
Spotted Rabbit Studio can also accommodate individuals who choose to have supports with them during classes and/or require the presence of support staff due to medical issues or behavioral concerns. Please let us know when registering if there is anything we can assist with.
Our space is entirely latex-free and fully wheelchair-accessible. We are happy to accommodate most other allergies or special needs. Please just let us know!

Spotted Rabbit Studio offers individual visual arts classes for youth and adults of all abilities who have an interest in making art, while also working on strengthening soft-skills such as communication, independence, and frustration tolerance.
We believe all individuals deserve the opportunity to explore their personal interests within an environment flexible enough to accommodate their specific learning needs. Our teaching artists are skilled at adapting classes to meet the learning styles of all students, whether it’s physical modification to tools and processes that are required, or emotional sensitivity to a different way of viewing the world. Our personalized approach to teaching enables us to match you with a teaching artist that is the best fit for your interests, skills, and personality.
