A former teacher turned neurodivergent coach, she loves to support adults with ADHD and AuDHD in understanding their brains, embracing their differences, and finding practical ways to make life work better for them. With a particular focus on late-diagnosed adults, she brings an affirming approach to coaching that recognizes different ways of thinking and being as strengths, not problems to be fixed.
