Spotted Rabbit Studio is seeking like-minded wellness professionals and artists to help us build a collaborative community presence. In November, our new Henrietta studio suite will open at 200 Canal View Boulevard, Suite 2W, Rochester, NY 14623, and we want to help other entrepreneurs create more LGBTQIA- and neurodivergent-affirming opportunities for our local Rochester community.
You will enjoy the vibes inside the Canal View Office Park in Brighton, right off I-590 and across from Winton Place. It's just steps from the historic Erie Canal Trail, which provides a well-known, peaceful, and accessible location your clients will enjoy. We have several private office spaces (various sizes) available for rent once our buildout is complete this November. Pictures coming soon!

Sometimes, the work we love gets busy enough that promoting it becomes one more thing on the to-do list. Along with providing a private, personalized space to work, our experienced marketing team can support your promotional efforts through Spotted Rabbit’s website and social media, and by connecting you with other friends and community partners at the studio. Our social media community has grown monthly by 200% on average in recent months, and continues to grow.
If you’re new to running a business, we’re happy to offer consultation, answer your basic questions, and point you toward helpful resources and professionals when something falls outside our expertise.
SUPPORT, AMENITIES & TERMS FOR YOUR COMFORT AND YOUR WAY
Work can be demanding, so we're excited to offer, along with your office and marketing support, access to a shared kitchenette, a shared waiting area, and common-area restrooms outside of the suite. The entire space is ADA-accessible, and all utilities, janitorial services, and internet are included. We offer flexible terms, including opportunities to rent your own private office by the month, or to occupy an office only certain days of the week.
If you’re a therapist, we welcome you to join our weekly group supervision meetings where we explore ethical questions, challenging moments, and of course, client wins.
