Spotted Rabbit Adult Art Night

This once a month class offers folks 18+ ample opportunity to engage in creative self-expression and connect with others who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or just don’t feel like they fit in. Participants are free to follow along with the month’s project, or use the materials to make something all their own.

In addition to learning technical skills, art making provides unique opportunities for adults to develop and strengthen a wide variety of executive functioning skills. Spotted Rabbit Studio specializes in working with those who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and/or who have other mental health concerns like anxiety or depression. If you’re looking to build a stronger sense of community, make new friends, reduce stress and anxiety, and develop healthy coping skills – you’re in the right place!

Kyle Lang, LCAT is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist in New York State and has been offering art-based psychotherapy to kids, teens and adults since 2022. He has a BFA in Fine Art from Alfred University and a MS in Creative Arts Therapy from Nazareth College.
